The Pittsburgh Penguins have won four home games in a row with a 4-3 overtime win over the L.A. Kings.
Matt Cullen and Bryan Rust scored in the first to make it 2-0 after one period. In the second period, the Kings’ Jake Muzzin, Tanner Pearson and Matt Luff scored to give them a 3-2 lead. It was near the mid-way point of the third when Alex Iafallo scored for the Pens to tie it up. In the extra session, Phil Kessel scored at the 3:59 mark of overtime to get the win.
Matt Murray, who was playing his first game in four weeks said he was happy to be back on the ice.
