WEST WHEATFIELD TOWNSHIP
State Police are looking for more information in a burglary case in West Wheatfield Township. The case goes back to March 8th as an unknown person entered a home along Bowser Road in New Florence, and once inside, the burglar stole a Frigidaire washer and dryer. They put the items in a trailer towed by a UTV, and left the scene, but the washer and dryer fell out of the trailer. A nearby neighbor saw the burglar and called State Police to report the suspicious activity. Police want to hear from you if you have any information on this case. WHITE TOWNSHIP
State Police are also investigating a burglary that happened sometime within the last year at a home in White Township. State Police were called in on March 15th to the home of a 56-year-old woman on Spruce Lane. Between March 23rd of last year and March 1st of this year, someone stole several pieces of jewelry from the home. The investigation is on-going.
CENTER TOWNSHIP
State Police are looking into a case of Criminal Mischief in Center Township. State police say on Wednesday, someone broke the passenger side window of a Ford F-150 pickup truck owned by Gerald Miller of Homer City. Damage was estimated at $300.
