Richard L. Peterson, 93 of Blairsville, PA, passed away on Thursday, May 05, 2022 at his home.
He was born October 24, 1928 in Punxsutawney, PA, the son of the late Edward L. Peterson and Theresa (Lovell) Peterson.
He served in the US Army during the Korean War and served in the National Guard. Rich was a member of the Blairsville VFW Post #5821 and belonged to the First Church of Christ. He retired from Penelec after 20 years of service. He enjoyed hunting, drinking his coffee while sitting on his porch and spending time with his Grandchildren.

Visitation:
In keeping with Richard’s wishes, all services will be private.
Interment will be in the Blairsville Cemetery, Blairsville, PA.
