Indiana County’s Court of Common Pleas will hold plea hearings today.
Three hearings are on the docket today for two men. One of them is for 27-year-old Nicholas Foreback of Clymer, who is charged with two counts of driving under the influence along with accidents involving damage to an attended vehicle and two summary traffic-related counts. The incident happened on October 9th of 2021, when Foreback crashed his car around 11:19 PM. The vehicle got out of his control and struck a house along Franklin Street in Clymer, just south of Elm Avenue. Foreback was able to drive away, but state police found him later on.
The other two plea court hearings are for 44-year-old Evo Boston of Cherry Tree. He will enter pleas charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession with intent to deliver for an incident on July 22nd of 2020, and to two counts of possession with intent to deliver and criminal use of a communications facility exactly one year later.
