It’s President’s Day and county offices and the courthouse are closed today, as are all state offices.

Banks and post offices are also closed and there is no regular mail delivery. PennDOT driver License and photo centers are closed.

State Liquor stores are open with regular business hours. Some municipal offices including the city of Pittsburgh are open today.
