Virginia Louise (Smith) Freed, 84, of Blairsville, PA (Blacklick Twp.) passed away on Friday, August 10, 2018 at her home.
The daughter of Glenn M. and Edna L. (Fulmer) Smith, she was born May 17, 1934 in Blairsville, PA.
Mrs. Freed lived most of her life in Blacklick Twp. and was a member of Senior Life for 3 ½ years.
Surviving are her husband of 64 years, Ralph “Ted” Freed; brother, Robert (Sandy) Smith of Blairsville; sister, Thelma (Jack) Harsh of Blairsville; two nieces, Janet Nutter and Carol Ann Rager, both of Virginia and a cousin, Jeanie Rook of Blairsville.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
As per Mrs. Freed’s wishes, there will be no visitation or service.
Interment will be in Blairsville Cemetery, Blairsville, PA.
