Indiana Borough Council will meet tonight and discuss several items, including the Community Development Block Grant.
On tonight’s proposed agenda is a resolution to approve the project scope and three-year plan borough-wide needs priorities for the 2026 CDBG funding. The board will also discuss a proposal for the Vinegar Hill Slope Stabilization project. The project’s predicted cost is close to $146,500, and matching funds of $11,772 will be used.
Council will also look to approve two trick-or-treating events. One will be sponsored by Downtown Indiana and that will include a parade on October 24th at 9:30 AM with Trick-or Treating at downtown businesses to follow from 10-noon. The other time will be the neighborhood trick-or-treating on Halloween Night from 6-8 PM.
The meeting will be held at 7:00 tonight at the George E. Hood Municipal Building.
