White Township has published a draft of proposed changes to its Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance (SALDO), regarding the development and regulation of RV parks.
Among the amendments under consideration are requirements related to site layout, setbacks, buffers, stormwater management, and more.
The proposal stipulates that recreational vehicles in an RV park “shall be used for temporary lodging only and shall not serve as the primary or permanent residence, except for a separately approved caretaker’s dwelling.”
The draft ordinance is available for review at whitetownship.org and there’s a link to it with this story at our website.
