The Indiana Area Education Foundation’s Hall of Fame celebration will be held tonight at the Indiana Country Club.
The sold-out event will celebrate past and current inductees into the Indiana School District’s hall of fame. The honors were started in 2017 but came to a halt in 2020 during the Covid-19 pandemic. It was revived by CJ Spadafora to honor his father Charles and to continue the annual tradition. Tonight’s event will help evolve the original Wall of Fame tradition into the new Hall of Fame.
The first class includes Roger Reschini, Lori Koch, Jack Delaney, Sen. Pat Stapleton, Peggy Bomboy, Chris Kuzneski, Jim Nance, John Fisher, Sara Ballantyne and Walter Stapleton.
The IAEF teamed with the senior high’s Me to We club to collect, review and score over 75 nominations sourced from the community to put together this year’s class.
