An Indiana woman is charged with breaking into a house. Indiana Borough Police were called out at 9:21 AM on September 12th to a home in the 100 block of Water Street for a trespassing complaint. The victim, who was not named, said that 40-year-old Toni Allison had reportedly broken into a vacant home and spent the night there. She was taken into custody and now faces charges of criminal trespass and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was arraigned and taken to Indiana County Jail on $5,000 bail, with a preliminary hearing set for September 24th.
A man from Gipsy in faces charges of criminal mischief for an incident at the Indiana Borough Parking Garage on September 5th. Indiana Borough Police say that a security camera caught Kenneth Raspe at 5:04 AM breaking one of the mechanical exit gates at the facility.
