The Indiana boys avenged an earlier 11-stroke loss to Latrobe with an 11-stroke win over the Wildcats yesterday at the Indiana Country Club. Chace Force was medalist, firing a 38, with Will Steve and Ryan Bell both shooting 40, Rudy Lipniskis 42 and Beau Raykes 43. Amos McConahay led Latrobe with a 39.
The Indiana girls took on the Heritage Conference’s Northern Cambria, also at the Country Club, and Indiana came up with a 17-stroke win. Angelina Donatelli led the way with a 53, followed by Ava McCombie with a 57, Lyla Pangonis, 64, and Gracie Reed, 71. Ava Paronish led Northern Cambria with a 63, with Emma Neff shooting 65, and Sarah Neff and Sophia Sheredy both at 67.
BOYS SOCCER
Cambria Heights blanked United, 7-0. The Highlanders Tucker Link and Ty McConnell both scored two goals, with Nate Conaway, Carter Bradley, and Grant Tackett also netting a goal each. Owen Garrison had the shutout in goal.
