On Cat Country 106.3 FM and Renda Digital TV, it’s a battle between two of the top preseason picks in the Heritage Conference, with River Valley hosting Cambria Heights. Both are coming off big wins last week.
River Valley coach Ed Dalton says the Panthers will have to focus on stopping the Highlanders’ versatile Nolan Clawson.
Dalton says the Panthers well recall last year’s 35-7 loss to Heights.
Highlanders coach Jarrod Lewis knows it’s a big test for both teams.
Lewis says River Valley is deserving of their big expectations.
On 92.5 FM U92, Northern Cambria gets a chance to work out their frustration over last week’s loss at Homer-Center, well aware that they let one get away, but focused on a Purchase Line team that put up a good fight in their loss to Conemaugh Township.

Coach Mark Zilinskas says they have worked hard to correct last week’s mistakes.
