A Westover man was ordered to serve 84 years in federal prison along with three years of probation for distributing fentanyl in Western PA.
U.S. Attorney Troy Rivetti has announced that 41-year-old James Gill pleaded guilty to the charge in March of this year. He along with co-defendant Mandi Litzinger distributed fentanyl in Western PA that resulted in serious bodily injury or death in February of 2021. In July of this year, Litzinger was convicted on the same charge and an additional charge of conspiracy to distribute fentanyl. Her sentencing hearing is set for November 19th.
