An Apollo man is due in district court today on charges of related to child pornography.
Court documents show that a preliminary hearing is set for today for 23-year-old Mason Dosch, who is charged with disseminating photos or film of child sex acts and unlawful dissemination of an intimate image. The investigation goes back to January of this year when Indiana Borough Police say Dosch shared intimate photos and videos to multiple pornography websites and that he got the images when the victim was under the age of 18. When police interviewed him, Dosch confessed to uploading the footage and that he was aware of her age when he took the photos and videos but did not think of her age when he uploaded the items.
Also on the agenda is the preliminary hearing for Jason McCausland of Home. He is charged with strangulation, simple assault and harassment for an incident on August 23rd.
Both hearings will be in front of District Judge Anthony Sottile.
