Among the preliminary hearings on the schedule for today in Indiana County’s district courts are cases of assault and identity theft.
Court documents show that 44-year-old Jeremy M. Waterloo of Kittanning is charged with simple assault and harassment for an incident that goes back to August 2nd. He is due before District Judge Anthony Sottile at 10:30 this morning.
Also due in court today are 37-year-old Alexandra Veoni of Verona and 45-year-old Christopher Younger of Wilkinsburg. The two each face charges of conspiracy to identity theft, forgery and unsworn falsification to authorities for incidents on April 7th. Their hearing is set for 10:00 this morning also in front of Judge Sottile.
