As the Steelers return to Saint Vincent for the final three days of training camp, one will have the largest contract for a defensive lineman in team history.
The NFL Network reports that Keeanu Benton has agreed to a four-year, $72 million contract extension. Benton was entering the final year of his rookie contract. Benton had a breakout season in 2025, setting career highs for tackles (51), sacks (51⁄2) and tackles for loss (six) while starting all 17 games.
The Steelers next pre-season game is next Thursday at Acrisure Stadium against the New York Jets.
