Pennsylvania’s Attorney General is filing a lawsuit against TikTok.
AG Dave Sunday announced the filing of the suit yesterday in Allegheny County, saying that TikTok misrepresents its app as being age-appropriate for teens as young as 13.
Sunday says the app puts inappropriate content, including sexual content and nudity, profanity and drug use into the palms of kids’ hands.
