No new information has been released concerning a structure fire in Westmoreland County yesterday that sent Indiana County crews to assist.
At 6:22 a.m., Indiana County 911 called Saltsburg and Tunnelton fire departments to the scene at Aggies Country Market along Route 286. Fourteen minutes later, Islen fire department was sent to the scene as well. Nearly two hours later, at 8:52 a.m., Coal Run/ McIntyre fire crews would also be sent to the scene for assistance.
Smoke was seen coming from the top floor of the building when crews arrived.
There was also a call for a vehicle accident yesterday at 1:01 p.m. on Route 422 West in Armstrong township. Elderton fire department was sent to the scene, along with EMS and state police.
