First responders had a busy day yesterday with multiple calls for service.
The first call came at 4:23 a.m. for utility lines down on Route 553 in Cherryhill Township. Cherryhill fire crews responded.
Two vehicle accidents would also be reported yesterday, with the first being reported at 6:37 a.m., again for a location on Route 553 in Pine Township. Pine Twp crews were sent to the scene. The second came at 8 am on Route 22 in Blairsville. Blairsville and Blacklick fire departments would be joined by Blairsville police and EMS.
No details on any of these incidents have been released.
Other calls for service included one for a vehicle fire on Route 22 in Burrell Township, as well as one for a physical rescue on Sage Street in Clymer.
