A 62-year-old St. Marys man is facing charges after Pennsylvania State Police say he admitted writing sexually explicit notes that were left at local businesses.
WTAJ News reports, court documents allege Andrew James Kneidel told troopers the notes reflected fantasies involving a preteen girl and that he had previously been fired from a former employer for similar conduct. Police said he was arrested and lodged in the Jefferson County Jail with bail set at $25,000.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Aug. 12.
