A Punxsutawney man is facing charges in two separate cases after police say he trespassed at a local market and disrupted business activities.
Police allege 63-year-old Ronald William Grasha was warned to stay away from Hometown Market after riding a motorized shopping cart around the plaza and flipping over a cart, but later returned to the property.
Grasha was charged with defiant trespass and disorderly conduct, with preliminary hearings scheduled Aug. 6 before Magisterial District Judge Jacqueline Mizerock.
