A virtual public plans display is now active for a PennDOT bridge replacement project in East Mahoning Township.
The project will replace a bridge that takes Route 119 over Pine Run with a box culvert and allow for two lanes of traffic. Construction is expected to start between the spring of 2028 and the spring of 2030, pending available funding. The purpose of the virtual plans display is to share preliminary information on the project’s status, schedule, design and right-of-way acquisition.
