Severe thunderstorms last night brought a lot of water to the area, and first responders were busy helping out.
Five pumping details were reported in Indiana Borough and White Township between 6:18 PM and 9:44 PM. Indiana Fire Association responded to calls on Chestnut Street, North 10th Street, North 3rd Street and South 5th Street in Indiana Borough and on Old Route 119 in White Township.
Along with the basement pumping calls, utility lines were reported down on Fire Academy Road in Center Township at 6:23 PM. Homer City fire department was sent out. Indiana Fire Association was sent out on Plaza Road in White Township at 10:38 PM for an automatic fire alarm activation.
