A preliminary hearing is set for a man charged with an accident that resulted in an injury to someone else.
Court documents show that 46-year-old Louis Bonasorte of Pittsburgh is accused in connection with an incident on August 9th in Banks Township. Authorities said that Salvatore Lauria fell out of the passenger side window of a pickup truck and suffered a serious injury. Lauria was taken to Penn Highlands Dubois hospital for treatment.
Along with the felony accident charge, Bonasorte faces summary counts of failure to render aid and failure to notify police of the accident.
