IUP’s Criminal Justice Training Center has received a donated car to add to its fleet.
The vehicle is a retired police SUV meant to be used in training police officers at the center. The gift is part of the IUP Impact 150 campaign, which is trying to raise $150 million to celebrate the University’s 150th anniversary. So far, more than $114 million has been raised.
The vehicle was donated by Jim Shorkey Auto Group and Ibis Emergency Vehicles.
