A 54-year-old Punxsutawney man is facing charges after borough police say he fired three handgun rounds into the air outside an apartment building on Weis Alley on July 10.
According to ExploreJeffersonpa.com, Police allege Kevin Carl Buffington fired the shots before driving away, and officers later recovered three 9mm shell casings from the scene.
Buffington is charged with reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for July 31.
