First Commonwealth Bank has received a top honor from Time Magazine.
The Indiana-based bank was named to the publication’s list of America’s Best Companies for 2026. The award is presented with Statista. The recognition was based on three criteria:
- Employee Satisfaction based on a survey of over 200,000 employees at US Companies over the last three years.
- Financial Performance over the last five years
- Sustainability Transparency highlighting Environmental, Social and Governmental areas.
The highest-scoring 1,000 companies were recognized as America’s Best Companies 2026.
In a statement, First Commonwealth Bank CEO Mike Price called it a meaningful recognition, and added that “The fact that part of the ratings are employee satisfaction is even more rewarding. We are so proud of all the great, impactful work our teams do each day for our communities and improving the financial lives of our neighbors and their businesses.”
