Indiana Borough Police were called to the 600 block of Philadelphia Street at 5:03 am this morning for a man acting erractically and walking into traffic.
After an investigation, police reported they found Christopher Reinard under the influence of drugs and arrested him for public intoxication.
Reinard is lodged at the Indiana County Jail on a drunk detainer.
