The Penguins have signed forwards Rafael Harvey-Pinard and Hugh McGing, and defenseman Ryan Mast to their Wilkes-Barre/Scranton AHL affiliate. Harvey-Pinard scored 21 goals with 18 assists for Wilkes last season and appeared in one game for the Pens.
Forwards Nick Robertson and Valtteri Puustinen remain as unsigned restricted free agents, with Robertson having filed for arbitration.
