Indiana took down Hollidaysburg, 7-1 in Game One of their 13U All-Stars three-game series at Optimist Park.
Cole Burda threw three innings of one-hit shutout ball to begin the game, striking out four and walking one. Johnny Kessler then tossed a scoreless inning-and-a-third in relief, giving up a hit and a walk and striking out one.
Otto Stewart had two hits and Burda and Isaac Fenton each drove in two runs. Burda and Cash Jackson both stole multiple bases as Indiana swiped six bags.
Game Two of the series is tomorrow at Hollidaysburg, with a third game, if necessary, to be played immediately afterward.
