A woman charged with criminal homicide is due in court today for a motions hearing.
The hearing is for 24-year-old Patricia Ann Hullenbaugh, who is charged in connection with the death of her infant child in 2024. Indiana Borough Police said she told 911 that her child got stuck hanging out of his crib with his face in the mattress. She would later recant her story and told police that she smothered the child with a blanket. Hullenbaugh is charged with criminal homicide, possession of an instrument of crime, child endangerment, and strangulation. After today’s motions hearing, a criminal call hearing is set for August 7th.
Also on the court schedule today is a plea court hearing for Jeremy Urso of Camp Hill. He faces charges of corruption of minors, two counts of indecent assault of someone under 16 years of age and two counts of harassment for an incident on March 1st of last year.
