Altoona outslugged the Portland Sea Dogs, 12-8. A seven-run fifth inning got the Curve rolling, with Callan Moss belting a grand slam to give them a 9-0 lead. Keiner Delgado didn’t seem to mind being back with Altoona, with a career-high four hits. Moss, Duce Gourson, and Titus Dumitru all had two hits.
The Curve have not named their starter for tonight’s second game of their six-game series in Maine.
