It was an active Saturday for the county’s first responder, who were dispatched for nine incidents, plus two automatic fire alarms.
Starting shortly after 11 AM, firefighters were sent to an accident on Route 286 in Young Township, utility lines down along Martin Road in White Township, a smoke investigation along Stone Jug Road in Westmoreland County, an undetailed incident on McIntyre Road in Young Township, a vehicle accident on Oakland Avenue in White Township, a tree down on Route 422 in Pine Township, a gas leak along North Morrow Street in Blairsville, a fuel spill on Route 286 in White Township, and finally, at 9:31 last night, another vehicle accident, on Route 210 in North Mahoning Township.
