McKeesport High School head football coach Matt Miller says he has not quit despite the McKeesport Area School Board voting five to three Wednesday to accept his resignation.
The vote took place after a statement from Brandon Short was read into the record. Short is a McKeesport High grad and NFL veteran whose daughter’s killer was recently convicted. Short says he never received condolences from Miller for his daughter’s death and has called for new leadership of the McKeesport High football program.
Miller says he never submitted a resignation.
