A Westmoreland County woman has come forward to collect on her million-dollar lottery prize.
The woman — identified only as Beth D — won recently in the lottery’s WIN WIN WIN scratch-off game.
She purchased her ticket at the Crabtree Gas & Go station in Salem Township.
