A Derry man is due in court today for a sentencing hearing in connection with an incident in White Township.
Court documents show 26-year-old Spencer Thomas Hudson will go before Indiana County Judge Gina Force today. He pleaded guilty to charges of defiant trespass and resisting arrest connected with an incident on June 15th of last year. Police were called out to a home in the 100 block of North Third Street in White Township and found Hudson trying to get into the home of an unnamed woman. Troopers found him in the house being detained by a friend of the victim. As troopers tried to take him into custody, he resisted arrest and troopers had to use a taser to subdue him.
Other charges of aggravated assault, disorderly conduct and criminal trespass were not prosecuted.
