Pennsylvania is being ranked in the bottom half of states in terms of patriotism.
WalletHub’s 2026 list of the “Most Patriotic States in America” ranked each state based on 13 indicators of patriotism, including military enlistment, veterans, voter participation and number of AmeriCorps volunteers per capita. Pennsylvania took 38th place.
The most patriotic state was listed as Virginia, while the least patriotic spot went to Arkansas.
