A 48-year-old Smicksburg woman is facing theft charges after allegedly stealing a laptop computer, hearing aids and jewelry from a Falls Creek Borough home where she was staying as a guest, according to Pennsylvania State Police.
Amy Jo Logan was charged June 3 with five counts of theft by unlawful taking. Investigators said the items disappeared between Jan. 19 and Jan. 24, and Logan later admitted to possessing the stolen laptop at an unknown location.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for July 28 before Magisterial District Judge David B. Inzana.
