The Saint Francis Red Flash are no more. The university yesterday announced that when it transitions from Division I to Division III this fall, its sports teams will be known as the “Red Wolves”, making the connection with Saint Francis and “the wolf of Gubbio.”
Saint Francis will become the 13th member of the Division III Presidents Athletic Conference.
