A 20-year-old Brookville man is facing misdemeanor charges after police alleged he made sexually suggestive comments to juvenile girls during high school football games and later sent inappropriate messages through Snapchat.
According to an explorejeffersonpa.com article, Damion Rittenhouse was charged May 19 with two counts of corruption of minors and one count of indecent assault stemming from incidents in August and September 2025 at Brookville High School. Police allege Rittenhouse made explicit remarks to two girls, ages 14 and 15 at the time, touched one victim inappropriately during a game and sent explicit photos through social media.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for July 2 before Magisterial District Judge Gregory M. Bazylak.
