Pennsylvania residents could see higher electric bills when new utility rates take effect on June 1.
The Public Utility Commission says the seasonal rate reset is being driven by higher fuel prices and expected summer energy use.
Duquesne Light rates are expected to rise nearly three percent, while West Penn Power rates are expected to rise more than 10 percent.
