Number one seed West Shamokin wasn’t rusty after a ten-day layoff, as they crushed West Branch in the District 6 Double-A semifinals.

In Class A, Purchase Line pushed three-time defending District 6 champion Claysburg-Kimmel to the limit, forging a 4-4 tie into the seventh inning, but the Bulldogs scored in the bottom of the seventh for a 5-4 win over the Red Dragons.
