Charges filed against a Tarentum man accused of intimidating the victim of a January assault are headed for trial.
The victim — a man in his 70s — was assaulted back in January at Mogie’s Irish Pub in Lower Burrell. Two reported members of the Pagans motorcycle gang are charged in the incident. Prosecutors say that Joshua Drum – believed to be another gang member — later made attempts to intimidate the victim.
Drum waived his right to a preliminary hearing yesterday on charges of retaliation against a witness or victim and intimidating a witness or victim.
