ROADWORK SCHEDULE THIS WEEK INCLUDES BRIDGE PROJECT

Roadwork on the schedule in Indiana County this week includes the installation of a box culvert over a tributary to Cherry Run on Thursday , part of a bridge replacement project on Route 286 in White Township.  The bridge is between Brown Road and Hilltop Road. Drivers could experience delays between 8 AM and 4 PM Thursday with intermittent stoppages.  The $1.9 million project is scheduled for completion by the end of next January.

PennDOT also last week announced that a bridge replacement project will begin on June 1^st on Anthony Run Road in Armstrong Township.  The bridge lies between the Route 422/Anthony Run Road intersection and Curry Run Road.  The detour will utilize Parkwood Road and Route 422.  Anthony Run Road will be closed between June 1^st and August 23^rd.
