Indiana County’s emergency responders were kept busy Saturday by no less than six vehicle accidents. Two of them happened in the 5 AM hour, over the Indiana County line in Loyalhanna Township, Westmoreland County, and on South Walnut Street in Blairsville, where a vehicle jumped the curb and took out some signs before striking a utility pole.
The other accidents were on Route 119 in Burrell Township, where a dump truck spilled its load on the highway; on Route 422 in Shelocta; and again on Route 422 in Armstrong Township; finally, another crash on Route 119 in Burrell Township.
