The Steelers kick off their three-day rookie minicamp today. It will be a closed session, with media access allowed tomorrow, and one more closed session on Sunday.
The players reported yesterday to meet the staff, get fitted with equipment, and get their photos taken. All ten Steelers draft choices, six undrafted free agent signees, and two unsigned invitees are expected to attend.
Aaron Rodgers is expected to be at the Steelers’ South Side complex today and could sign a contract to play a second season in Pittsburgh, reuniting with his old Green Bay coach, Mike McCarthy. However, reports from various sources say no definitive deal is in place just yet.
