A third lawsuit is claiming mistreatment of special education students in Greensburg-Salem School District.
The plaintiffs in the suit say their then-eight-year-old son was restrained and forced to watch other kids being physically abused in the fall of 2023. The parents say one student had lemon juice and soap sprayed into their mouth and others were restrained using soundproofing mats.
A criminal abuse case against six former teachers and aides and two other lawsuits are all still pending.
