Joseph Paul Milner, 69, of Indiana, died Tuesday, April 28, 2026 at his home. Born on November 7, 1956 in Indiana, he was the son of the late Kenneth and Dolores (Dobrosky) Milner.
Joe enjoyed spending time hunting, fishing, and golfing. He found joy cooking and baking for those he loved. Joe also loved listening and jamming out to good tunes. Above all, he treasured time spent with his daughters.
He retired from REA Energy after almost four decades of service where he enjoyed working with his brothers as a lineman. He was a former member of the Elks, Moose, Eagles, and National Rifle Association.
Joe is survived by his two daughters: Holly (David) Husted and Cherise Milner. He will be missed by his grandchildren: Marshel Joseph and Landon Brooks Husted; and his brothers: Michael (Georganne) Milner, Mark (Vicki) Milner, Jim Milner, and Keith Milner; and his sisters: Suzie Lakatosh and Maliya (Kevin) Wolford; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother: Kenny Milner; two sisters: Marcia Pierce, and Patricia Ann (Milner) Nagg; his brother-in-law: George Mihoerck; and his nephew: Michael McCoppin.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 until 8:00 on Tuesday, May 5, 2026 at the Rairigh-Bence Funeral Home & Crematory (965 Philadelphia St.)
