A mother in Irwin is set spend time behind bars for leaving seven kids in filthy conditions at a local home.
A judge has sentenced Marah Urch to four consecutive sentences of one-and-a-half to three year in prison following her guilty pleas on child endangerment and other counts. Authorities say the kids were found unsupervised in a residence that had no running water and was littered with garbage and human waste in September of last year.
Seven cats, six dogs, and two ferrets were removed from the home as well.
