A Pennsylvania State Trooper is facing charges for allegedly reaching into his daughter’s pants to take her cell phone.
Lycoming County authorities said 35-year-old Corporal Jacob Brown-Schields walked into Long Island Pizza back in January and demanded his daughter give him her cell phone, which had been a Christmas gift from her boyfriend. Police said the girl placed the phone down her pants, at which point Brown-Schields pulled her pants down and used a pair of tongs from the kitchen to try and get the phone.
Brown-Schields is scheduled to make a court appearance this week.
